The Certified Contractor Program helps make dreams come true! Certified through the Regional Development Company, these contractors are ready to assist you with your new construction or renovation project!
After a comprehensive training program, Certified Contractors are well-versed in the 504 Loan Program. They are familiar with the requirements of the program and the process of approval, construction draws and final funding. Through on-site presentations and regular communication, the RDC strives to make sure all Certified Contractors are up-to-date in all lending developments.
